RJ Dina

          Robert (RJ) Dina is a Sussex County resident who serves as a Board Vice Chairman for Route 1 Sports. RJ has a passion for serving the surrounding communities in the way of youth sports.

          RJ’s professional resume includes a variety of positions held in the health sciences department. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Biochemistry where he received national recognition for undergraduate research completed. Following graduation, he served as a lab technician in the quality services department for Edgewell Personal Care before returning to the classroom to teach health sciences. RJ is a health sciences teacher at Sussex Academy going on his 4th year. Being back in the classroom, involved with families, and the local populace – led RJ to return to the fields -giving back to the community that very much needs it.

          RJ and his wife, Sarah reside in Sussex County, Delaware. Growing up in Delaware and playing youth sports, RJ understands the need for proper programming to exist. With his R1S board position, his goal is to serve the community with high standards of transparency, morality and ethical conduct. Route 1 Sports is the platform he trusts to deliver exactly that.
